By enrolling in our courses, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, transparent, and professional learning environment for all students, instructors, and partners.
Our mission is to provide world-class training in DJing, music production, and event management, while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, creativity, and professionalism. Please take a moment to read through these terms carefully, as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and the policies that govern your journey with us.
Course Enrollment & Fees
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon payment of the admission fee.
- A non-refundable deposit (generally 50%) is required to reserve your seat.
- The remaining balance must be cleared as scheduled before or during the Course.
- All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the rare case that the Academy cancels or postpones a Course.
Attendance & Conduct
- Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Any make-up sessions are subject to Academy discretion and availability.
- Respectful behavior and discipline are mandatory at all times. The Academy reserves the right to dismiss students for misconduct without refund.
Academy Equipment & Learning Materials
- Students will have access to DJ consoles, production studios, and related equipment during class hours.
- Each student must bring their own headphones, storage devices, and laptops for practice.
- Any learning resources provided (notes, software, sample packs) are strictly for personal academic use only. Sharing, copying, or distributing them is prohibited.
Placement Assistance
We support students with placement assistance based on their performance, skills, and industry readiness. However, we do not guarantee jobs or gigs. Opportunities depend entirely on individual talent, professionalism, and market demand.
Intellectual Property
All course content, training methods, and materials are the exclusive property of Media Skills New York Academy. Any form of unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly forbidden.
Limitation of Liability
- The Academy makes no guarantees of specific career outcomes, gigs, or earnings.
- We are not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage sustained while attending classes or using our premises.
Amendments
The Academy reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or fees at its discretion. Terms & Conditions may also be updated from time to time. Students are advised to review them periodically.
Use of Student Testimonials, Videos & Data
- By enrolling, you grant the Academy the right to record, photograph, and publish your testimonials, videos, performances, and course participation for marketing and promotional purposes.
- This includes use on social media, websites, brochures, and advertising campaigns.
- You agree that no additional compensation will be provided for such use.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
